Proud to Be Ranked as a Top 10 MSHDA Lender

Staunton Financial Inc. dba, John Adams Mortgage, Front Street Mortgage and Total Home Lending, are proud to be ranked in the Top 10 as one of the 2021 Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Top Producing Lenders. MSHDA helps to provide affordable housing programs for many Michigan families and helps make the dream of homeownership become a reality.

The rankings are determined by unit production of MSHDA’s MI Home Loan and MI Home Loan Flex mortgages that were closed in 2021.
