Capital Title Acquires ASK Closing Services

As many of you know, about 13 months ago Capital Title started up its own contract closing company Get To Close (GTC). The purpose of this initiative was to help give us more control over the closing experience and increase the availability of closers.  

President of Capital Title, Tom Lico announced, “I’m excited to announce that we’ve made a great addition to this initiative. We have acquired the talent of ASK Closing Services, our region’s largest contract closing service.”

Angela Kramar, the former head of ASK Closing, is now part of our team as the Director of Contract Services for our new rebranded contract closing company - Quality Closing Solutions (QCS). Angela brings with her support staff and the 43 contract closers on her roster, many of whom you are very familiar with. We will also merge our GTC operations into this along with the 15 closers that were on our roster.

 This acquisition gives us the opportunity to have a direct influence over the quality and training which will help in our efforts to enhance the closing experience with Capital Title. The official roll-out for QCS was March 1, 2022.
