Michigan Title Joins Our Family

We are proud to share that Michigan Title Insurance Agency has become a part of our Family of Companies. This merger with Capital Title was effective January 1, 2023. 

Michigan Title has been based out of Taylor, Michigan since their founding in 1985. They have built a strong business and tremendous reputation in the Downriver/Wayne County market over the past 37 years. 

This is a merger of complimentary strengths. We bring a strong infrastructure and additional resources that will help Michigan Title continue to grow organically and through joint ventures and acquisitions. They bring to us a strong market share Downriver extending south to Monroe and west to Belleville.

Michigan Title and their 30 employees will continue to operate under that brand and will be located in their Telegraph Rd. building in Taylor. The business will continue to be managed by Rick Smith and Adam Drobet.
