At Real Estate One Family of Companies, we have been serving the people of Michigan for almost a century. Through all the adventures that we’ve experienced throughout the years, the pillars of our company have remained the same: Family, Innovation, and Success.
In 2022, our commitment to growth has been no different. We are thrilled to have expanded our team this year across regions in the state with the welcoming of Bauer-Reno & Associates, Real Estate in The Pointes, Wilhelm & Associates, as well as a brand new Sterling Heights branch as members of our family.
Bauer-Reno & Associates
Announced publicly on March 31, 2022, our Real Estate One Port Huron franchise office and Bauer-Reno & Associates combined to make a new Real Estate One corporate office in the Port Huron area. Real estate partners, Joe Bauer and Marc Reno, have served the Blue Water Area since 2006. Bauer, Reno and their team of 26 agents and staff have established an outstanding market and community presence.
The new branch will continue to focus on building lasting relationships with their clients and producing measurable results. This merger has resulted in greater presence on Michigan’s Thumbcoast Shoreline. The office, managed by Steve Adams, is located at 3849 Pine Grove Ave in Fort Gratiot Twp.
Real Estate in The Pointes
As one of the top brokerages in the Grosse Pointes, with 32 Realtors and $85 million in sales, we were honored to welcome Real Estate in The Pointes to our team. Chris Cotzias and his team are one of the most experienced brokerages in the Metro area. Their motto is “Partners in Real Estate” and they have a number of the area’s top agents and former broker owners on their staff.
Along with our Johnstone & Johnstone team, we now have an even stronger market presence in the Grosse Pointes and east side. Chris continues to manage the office.
Wilhelm & Associates
One of Clarkston’s top real estate offices, Wilhelm & Associates, merged with the Real Estate One Family of Companies in November. Founder Tom Wilhelm, and his team of 70 sales associates have been growing a strong market presence in Oakland County since 1988. Wilhelm & Associates is a well-recognized brand for both its commercial and residential sales. The residential-focused sales team has joined the Real Estate One and Max Broock Clarkston Main Street branch office managed by Angie Batten. Wilhelm himself, and the commercial agents have continued to operate under the Wilhelm & Associates brand name at its original Dixie Highway office location in Clarkston.
Sterling Heights – Real Estate One
In May, the Real Estate One Family of Companies opened a new branch in Sterling Heights – servicing both the Sterling Heights and Warren markets, which are the third and fourth largest housing markets in the state. The growing branch is managed by Rich Rubba. It’s been an exciting return back to these communities!
