Please join us in welcoming West Edge Real Estate, formerly Lakeshore Real Estate, to the Real Estate One Family of Companies! They will officially join us on March 1, 2025.

Founded in 1999 in Holland, Michigan, Lakeshore worked hard to build a strong reputation of integrity, professionalism, and top-notch customer service. Now, after celebrating 25 years in business, the brokerage is taking a step forward, joining our family of companies through a licensing agreement and rebranding as West Edge Real Estate.

Led by David Arnoldink, Kimberly Ryan, and Michelle Rypma, West Edge will remain locally-owned and operated. This collaboration means even greater resources for agents and a better experience for clients across west Michigan. 

With three offices in Holland and Zeeland, West Edge is positioned to make an even bigger impact in the region. We’re thrilled to have them on board, and we look forward to growing together!
