What services does RMO offer?

We may be in the same family of companies, but we get that RMO is still the newest addition to our real estate fam. Knowing what we do and sharing this with others can actually make YOU money.

When your referred client signs a management agreement with us (of at least 12 months), you’ll receive one month’s management fee. You’ll get a referral fee for each converted home/property you refer to us.

(Oh and… if you refer the lease in addition to property management services, you will be eligible for 25% of the first month’s rent.)

Tenant Screening
Our five point screening is more than just an application and credit report.

Accounting
We offer rent collection, income and expense reporting and legal eviction services.

Maintenance
There’s 24/7 emergency maintenance and turnover services are at your disposal.

Inspections
Rental certificate and perform inspections.
