Remerica Joins Our Family!

The Real Estate One Family of Companies welcomed a new franchise system into our network with the acquisition of Remerica of Michigan. Consisting of nine independently-owned real estate brokerage offices in Southeast Michigan, Remerica of Michigan has joined our network of over 70 Real Estate One offices across the state.

We are proud to be affiliated with them.” Jim Courtney, the Founder and CEO of Remerica, and his team have brought together strong brokers and great sales associates under the Remerica brand for the past 30 years.

Real Estate One is familiar with our brokers/owners and has a similar culture."

Real Estate One will continue to operate the Remerica network alongside its current Real Estate One franchises and company-owned offices throughout the state.
