Our Chicago Trip Was a Success! Ninja is Next!
On May 9th, a group of our family members boarded a bus to Chicago. The main event of the trip was to attend the “Tom Ferry Roadtrip: A Top Agent’s Tour.” The weekend was filled with plenty of learning, including two hours of legal ConEd completed on the way.
“It really was the most actionable content I have ever experienced in 24 hours,” shared Suzanne O’Brien, Manager of the Detroit and Grosse Pointe offices. “There were so many techniques shared that could instantly create opportunities and engage new clients.”
Results for those who attended are already rolling in! Suzanne shared, “Within the first week following the event, two agents out of our Detroit office who attended each had a new listing from just one of the techniques Tom shared.”
One of those agents is Martin "Marco" Samarco. Marco said, "My week is going great. I got a new listing using one of Tom’s scripts!"
Shan Soubjaki also attended. Shan is a rookie agent and she shared, "I have my first hopeful listing on Saturday. The lead is from Tom Ferry's challenge the day of the event when he encouraged us to text 10 people in our database live from the event." (Since receiving this quote from Shan, we’ve learned she got the listing. Congrats, Shan!)
