Our 2024 Convention was a Hit!
Our Family of Companies brought the energy, enthusiasm, and excellence to MotorCity Casino on February 19th and 20th for our annual convention.
Over the course of two jam-packed days, nearly 1,000 agents, affiliates, and employees filled the convention center and SoundBoard to connect, learn, celebrate, and have fun. From breakout sessions to high-energy keynotes, the atmosphere was electric with collaboration and inspiration.
Some impressive highlights from the event:
Nearly 3,000 credit hours of continuing education were submitted
150+ colleagues were recognized on the SoundBoard stage during the awards ceremony
Over 500 achievements were awarded company-wide for 2024
And for a little friendly competition (and a great cause), this year’s addition—the Pinewood Derby—was a hit! Together, we raised $3,000 for Scouting America, who helped run the event. Thirty creative teams put their skills to the test, crafting custom cars to race for glory.
Congrats to REO Ann Arbor’s REO Speedwagon for taking home First Place and shoutout to REO Southfield’s Southfield Speedster for winning Best-in-Show!
From the learning sessions to the laughs, the recognition to the shared stories, Accelerate 2025 was a celebration of who we are and where we’re going. We made memories, strengthened connections, and most importantly set the stage for another amazing year.
