Muffy Kroha, a former visual merchandising manager for Neiman Marcus who also led the all-female rock band The Sirens, which started in the late '90s, refers to one of her skillsets as "plate-spinning."
Leading her band through tours abroad, making sure each person got paid, navigating personalities and booking gigs taught her resourcefulness that's invaluable to this day. She's now a Realtor with Johnstone & Johnstone Realtors in Grosse Pointe Farms.
"Real estate is like the Wild West," said Kroha, a lifelong Detroiter. "There’s no formula for how to do it. Everybody who does it has a completely different approach and brings something different to the table. My secret sauce is my resourcefulness."
