September Charity Events
GAYLORD COMMUNITY
Real Estate One Gaylord - This was the 2nd Annual Backpack Drive hosted by the Gaylord office. Agents donated funds to support purchasing backpacks and school supplies, then worked together to stuff the bags with the supplies. Together, over 100 backpacks were given to those in need.
NATIONAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY
Real Estate One Family of Companies - The 2024 MS Taste of Generosity: Michigan hosted the 3rd annual ‘Michigan Made Food and Fun Festival’ which raised $112,000 benefitting the National MS Society.
SPECIAL OLYMPICS OF MICHIGAN
Real Estate One Eastside Offices - Together the Real Estate One Sterling Heights, Saint Clair Shores, Shelby Twp, Chesterfield, and Clinton Twp offices hosted an Eastside Fun Run where they raised over $3,100 in support of SOMI.
October Charity Events
GLINDA’S CLOSET
Real Estate One & Max Broock Clarkston & Real Estate One Ortonville - Raised over $240 in support of Glinda’s Closet hosting a Pasta Lunch for a Cause. They are also supporting Glinda’s by collecting new and gently-used costumes through October 31st. Glinda’s Closet is an Oakland County-based non-profit that works to provide low income children in Southeast Michigan with Halloween costumes. https://glindascloset.org/

October 29th | 6:00p | Real Estate One Traverse City - Front St: Howl-O-Ween Costume Walk and Yappy Hour - Get your photo taken with your costumed pup at the photo booth, followed by a walk down Front Street that starts at 6:30p stopping by ‘Yappy’ Hour at Little Fleet before heading back. $10 donations requested to support Cherryland Humane Society.
November Events
November 1st | Real Estate One & Max Broock Offices: Oakland County Sheriff’s Office 37th Annual Coat’s for the Cold Coat Drive - Real Estate One and Max Broock offices throughout Oakland County have volunteered to serve as drop off locations in support of the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Annual Coats for the Cold Coat Drive. The drive will run from November 1st through the 30th.
November 1st | Reinhart Realtors: Coat Drive - Reinhart Realtors are hosting a coat drive beginning November 1st and running through the 30th. Offices will be collecting new and gently used coats of all sizes to be distributed to local Washtenaw County organizations in need. November 2nd | 7:30a | Detroit Zoo | REO Charitable Foundation + Real Estate One Commerce: Walk to End Alzheimer’s - All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
November 7th | 5:30p-10:30p | The Palazzo Grande, Shelby Twp. | Real Estate One & Max Broock Royal Oak: Dogstravaganza Gala - Funds raised from the gala will support shelter operations, including shelter improvements, volunteer programs, humane education program, and the costs of taking in animals to the shelter.
November 8th | 5:30p | St. John’s Resort, Plymouth | Reinhart Ann Arbor North : 19th Annual Compassionate Feast - Supporting the Humane Society of Huron Valley you’ll enjoy a cocktail hour, silent auction, and raffle before feasting on a 33-course vegetarian meal while enjoying a program of speakers.
November 23rd | 5:30p-9:00p | Real Estate One Traverse City - Front St: Light Parade & Annual Tree Lighting with Santa - Gordon Hodges has volunteered to run a Bike Group in the parade if we have enough interest.
