Exciting News from Michigan Land Title Association Annual Convention

Shanty Creek hosted this year’s annual Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA) Convention in July. The convention was jam packed with lots of exciting news for Our Family, including the Marketing Department’s social media specialist, Gerald Djajaputra, who presented the class, Social Media Marketing for Title Agencies.

Convention highlights include celebrating Lisa Rozmarniewicz, our Director of Sales and Marketing at Capital Title, and Amanda Mitchem, Capital Title’s Software Application Administrator, for their incredible recognitions and achievements this summer.

Lisa was sworn in as a Board Director for the Michigan Land Title Association. This will be her third one-year term. Being actively involved on the board focuses on political advocacy and education to help move our industry forward.

Amanda was awarded the designation Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP).  This is earned through involvement with MLTA, industry knowledge, and passing certain tests. With less than 9 years in the industry, Amanda is currently the youngest CLTP recipient.
