Bauer-Reno & Associates Joins The Family

Welcome one of St. Clair County’s top real estate offices, Bauer-Reno & Associates, to our Family of Companies! Announced publicly on March 31, 2022, both companies have merged into a new branch in Southeastern Michigan. 

Real estate partners, Joe Bauer and Marc Reno, have served the Blue Water Area since 2006. Bauer-Reno & Associates have worked hard to build the number one office in Port Huron and one of the top offices in St. Clair County. 

Bauer, Reno and their team of 26 agents and staff have established an outstanding market and community presence. With a focus on building lasting relationships with their clients and producing measurable results, the companies are merging to expand Real Estate One’s operations and presence on Michigan’s Thumbcoast Shoreline.

Real Estate One currently has a franchise location in Port Huron. Steve Adams, the franchise owner, will combine his brokerage with the Bauer-Reno team. The office will now be company-owned with Adams leading as the office manager and the Port Huron branch is set to conduct business under the Real Estate One brand.

While there will be a new sign on the building, the office location for the Bauer-Reno team will remain the same. Sales associates will continue to provide the same tradition of outstanding service and commitment to each of their clients, now backed with additional resources to ensure that every real estate experience is the best it can be.
