Screen Door Open - The 14th Annual Screen Door Open was a huge success raising $43,805 for Special Olympics Michigan. Thank you to the sponsors, golfers, volunteers, people who donated prizes and to the people who won prizes (since you supported us by purchasing raffle tickets)! Denise Derderian and Cheryl Kott along with the volunteer team did an amazing job of coordinating the event, Tom Lico kept us entertained and Stuart's promise of great weather made this year's outing another wonderful experience! Our SOMI athletes attended their first golf outing and even got to putt for some of the golfers. It's safe to say a good time was had by all for a great cause!

 Welcome New Employees -  We added 22 new employees in April and May to our Family of Companies, Please introduce yourself and welcome them.John Adams Mortgage hired Michael Clark, Underwriting Team Lead and intern Liana Chindris to work at Central.Rental Management One welcomed Lauren Tomasunas' as a Property Management Coordinator in Traverse City.Capital Title added Jennifer Tolmer, Title Abstractor for the Central office and Tamara Critchfield, Birmingham and Anthony Thomas, Clinton Twp. as Lender Liaisons. Cindy Benyamien, West Bloomfield and John Wigent, Ann Arbor as Document Coordinators.The Real Estate One Family welcomed Anne Holland, Accounting and Commissions Coordinator to Troy and Katelyn Hatton, Office Administrator in Fraser.  Khyli Willinger, West Bloomfield and Olivia Chriss, Troy joined as Marketing Coordinators. MacKenzie Rasmussen started as a Courier in the Reinhart Admin office. We added two new Administrative Assistants in West Bloomfield, Alyssa Noch and Gena Reed (temporary). Birmingham added Joe Vitello as an Administrative Assistant. The following employees are new Receptionists: Alyssa Sobel, Birmingham (then Ferndale), Callie Miron, Chesterfield Twp., Sara Mengel, Novi and Heather Wagner, Milford. Eric Jackson is working as a Summer Intern in Birmingham and Malina Chindris is an Accounting Intern at Central.July 4th - Parades, picnics, flags, cook outs, beach, family, fireworks.......however you celebrate America's independence, make it a safe one!
