Celebrating Capital Title's Club 100

Capital Title (along with Insurance One and John Adams) uses a customer feedback tracking platform called Listen360. With this platform, feedback requests are sent out to real estate sales associates and loan officers after every closing that we perform asking them the likelihood of referring Capital Title to a business colleague or friend (the standard net promoter score question).

We can then track the service we are providing to our clients and directly tie their response to the service provided by the Branch, Transaction Coordinator, Lender Liaison, Processor and Closer. 

As a result of this feedback, we would like to recognize the following employees who have scored 100 this year. They have been inducted into our newly formed Club 100.
